E-tudor enterprise was found in 2007, with 5 years development, for the die-casting customer, we can supply the One-Stop-Solution with zinc and aluminium die-casting parts, including help customer to design parts, die-casting tooling design, manufacturing, die-casting, de-burr and machining, surface treatment, packing ,delivery and service.
Manufactory have 4 sets of aluminiun die-casting machine from 160T to 400T, and have 5 sets of zinc die-casting machine from 88T to 200T, CNC machining 4 sets and wire cut machine 3 sets, have 2 sets of EDM machine and 2 sets of number control lathe, and there is a plating line in the plant. Therefore, we can meet all requirment of die-casting customer accordingly.
